Before applying to enter the program at Rivers of Living Water Outreach, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must express desire for program services as a result of problems from excessive substance abuse.
• Must agree to follow recommendations of program staff.
• Must agree to abide by program policies and rules.
• Must be abstinent from all mind-altering substances for the preceding 72 hours.
• Must be able to participate in all aspects of the program.
